I been invoved with biomechanic and exercise physiology professional since 1995 originally as an athlete and later as an teacher, coach and trainer.  Throughout my career I have focused on the development of the complete person mind, body and spirit.  I was graced as a child and junior athletes to be mentored and trained by some of the best teachers and coaches throughout the world.  Though growing up my mindset was obession to be the best and which led to arrogance many times.   Like 99.9% of athletes of all levels championships and titles were my goals and when i accomplished them I boasted.  That was a failure to be a true champion.

I have had the opportunity to work with some of the best athletes in the sports and fitness industries.   I never except the title of being expert in any field as the knowledge and processes change with new data and research.  I am an educated practicing learner that has the ability to apply and teach what I know.   Though 90% of my clients are athletes, I do find myself working with business leaders and educators on mental preparedness and human performance to use in life.

I worked and learned from experts at the human performance  centers at University of Flordia, West Virginia University, The Ohio State University, as well as developed programs used by coaches at University of South Carolina and University of Georgia.   The knowledge learned and applied into my teaching and training are based on researched data and applied use as an athlete. My approach is that of teach to learn to practice at competition mindset in every aspect of life and training.

The main issues I see in performance today have little to do with knowledge and a lot to do with application and mindset.  I am a strength and conditioning instructor, a trainer of personal trainers, nutrition and health educator and coach and teacher of sports.  

I blessed to train and coach athletes at all levels throughout the world in a variety of sports. Though the athletic events they compete in may differ the ability to assist and develop movements that are more biomechanically sound not only allow for more explosive movements but more importantly increases individual muscular endurance and reduces chances of injuries.

Humility is the key to success, so before I work with teams or individuals my number one rule is leave your ego and pride outside.

The Process

  • The science of taking natural movements and making them fluid and effective without causing undo stress or force on the body. This is to allow for more explosive movements in power and strength while having finesse and lasting muscular endurance. The use of gross and fine motor skills to perform the most precise movements in specific activities. Teaching the body muscle memory of precise movements for sport specific, fitness and exercise techniques, and lifelong development.

  • This is a scientific approach to analyzing exercise programs to each individual person based on there personal body make, ability, and needs. The ability to see and make a program of fitness and strength for the individual allows them to have positive continued success and experiences in their health. It also is a preventive medical approach to reduce the need for artificial chemical adaptions to their bodies natural chemical development. It is also proven that a program designed individually and adapted as the persons body and ability changes will have lasting positive effects and less burnout.

  • The concept of nutrition like physical fitness has many mainstream ideas, but again it is an individual process not a cookie cutter plan. The only plan that will work 99% plus times is one that is designed to your body and mind to function at 100%.

  • Focusing on your mind and your thoughts allow you to develop an overall health. The idea you can change your body and your health without changing your thinking will end in not reaching the objectives set. Taking your five senses and using them to change and focus your mind and the way you think is the way you perform.

  • This is taking all aspects of training in sports and in life and changing it. Focusing on your physical fitness, your nutrition, championship mindset, and biomechanic modifications of positions and movements does not only lead to peak and winning performances it also leads to improved health.

Think Outside The Box, Take The First Step

The Consultation is a great way to see and ask questions about how everything will come together to help you reach your goals.

The Assessment will show your strengths and short falls, and for many this is where they have to check their ego and pride. We all have areas that need work no matter what level we are at.

The Plans do include the assessments (pre and post) all but the mindset are set at 3 months long. In my years of experience 12 weeks is the ideal period to see a lasting transition that could occur if worked on.

Individual Sessions are for those who need or want extra one on one sessions.

Clinics are able to be scheduled

The focus of ours is to bring stability to the Sports and Fitness World. Bringing many cultural philosophies and beliefs on human performance and development together. The idea is to bring back self system to human performance and development and get away from mass media controlling concepts and ideas. Your mind and body is not made or developed by a cookie cutter, therefore your performance and health should not be as well. Leave EGO and Pride outside and open your mind and start thinking outside the box.
